Processing & Transit times
Free Standard shipping via USPS is offered for all orders within the United States. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping but hope to do so in the future.
All orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days with an additional transit time of 2-5 business days for USPS standard shipping. If an order is placed after 12 PM PST on a Friday, the order will be shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday. Business days do not include major holidays.
UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is available for an additional fee during checkout.
For orders shipping within Alaska & Hawaii, there may be some limitations and transit times may be a bit longer.
If your package has been lost or damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order confirmation number so that we can assist you and we will get back to you within 1-3 business days. If the shipment has been sent to an incorrect address due to an error on our end, we will replace the package immediately. If the incorrect address was provided by the customer and is returned to us, we can re-ship the item for the standard shipping fee. Once shipments have been shown as “delivered”, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
You will receive a confirmation email upon placement of your order and another email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please email us at email@example.com and include your order number in the subject line.
At this time we currently do not offer international shipping and only ship within the United States.
